Welcome to MZOS, a career-training platform operated by , Pune, Maharashtra, India. By accessing or using our website at mzos.com or any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, prospective students, and enrolled students. They are to be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law
• You must not be barred from receiving our services under the laws of India or your jurisdiction
• If enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms

By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to inform enrolled students of any material changes.

Accounts & Registration

Certain features of our platform may require you to register or provide personal information. When you do so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with any third party
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at info@mzos.in

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been used in violation of these Terms, or that contain false or misleading information.

Enrolment & Payments

Course Fees

All course fees are displayed on our website in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Fees are subject to change; the fee applicable at the time of enrolment is binding.

Payment Terms

• Full payment or an approved EMI arrangement must be completed before access to course materials is granted
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other methods listed at checkout
• EMI arrangements are subject to a written agreement with our finance team
• Failure to complete EMI payments may result in suspension of access to course materials

Seat Confirmation

Your seat in a batch is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a signed EMI agreement. Expressions of interest or counseling sessions do not guarantee a seat. Batches have limited capacity.

Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your enrolment. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Before batch start (7+ days prior): Full refund of fees paid, minus any transaction charges
• Before batch start (less than 7 days): 50% refund of fees paid
• After batch start — within first 3 days: 25% refund of fees paid
• After 3 days from batch start: No refund is applicable
• EMI plans: Remaining instalments may be cancelled per the above schedule; instalments already paid follow the same refund timeline

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@mzos.in. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

User Conduct

When using our platform and participating in live sessions, you agree to behave professionally and respectfully. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing, reproducing, or distributing course recordings, materials, or content without written permission from MZOS
• Using our platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
• Disrupting live sessions, harassing instructors or fellow students, or engaging in abusive, offensive, or discriminatory conduct
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other user accounts, or restricted content
• Submitting plagiarised work for assignments or projects
• Impersonating any person or entity, including MZOS staff or other students
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with our website or services
• Posting or transmitting spam, malware, or harmful code

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your enrolment without refund, at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our courses — including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, course recordings, slides, study materials, logos, branding, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of MZOS / or our licensed content partners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use during the term of your enrolment.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any course content
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer access to course materials to any third party
• Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent
• Screen-record or download course content except where explicitly permitted

Placement Support

MZOS offers placement support as part of select programmes. The following conditions apply:

• Placement support is provided on a best-effort basis and does not constitute a guarantee of employment
• To be eligible for placement assistance, you must complete the full programme, including all assignments and the capstone project, with a satisfactory performance
• You must actively participate in resume workshops, mock interviews, and profile-building exercises
• Final hiring decisions rest entirely with the employer — MZOS has no control over hiring outcomes
• Where a "placement guarantee" or specific salary outcome is advertised for a programme, separate written terms will govern that specific commitment

By sharing your details with our hiring partners, you consent to your profile being reviewed for relevant job opportunities. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Any warranty that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information on our website

Third-party links on our website are provided for convenience only. MZOS does not endorse or take responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MZOS and shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages arising from unauthorised access or alteration of your data
• Damages resulting from third-party conduct on or through our platform
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or force majeure events

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, with or without notice, if we determine that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms of Use
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct
• Failed to make required payments
• Acted in a manner harmful to other students, instructors, or MZOS as an organisation

You may also terminate your enrolment by submitting a written request to us. Termination by you will be subject to our Refund Policy above.

Upon termination, your licence to access course materials is immediately revoked. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will remain in effect.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
